A trading partner agreement is an agreement drawn up by two parties that have agreed to trade certain items or information.

The agreement outlines the trade or trading process terms, including responsibilities, who’s involved, how goods or information will be delivered and received, and duties or fees.

  1. Agreement
The partners must agree to conduct business activities to set up a trading partnership jointly. The agreement can be in writing or can be an oral agreement. We recommend a written agreement because it makes proving the partners’ agreement easier. All the partners must sign a written partnership agreement. The agreement is not a public document and should not be filed for registration.
  2. Apply for registration
Use the form Registration of a new partnership below to apply for registration of a trading partnership. When the trading partnership has been registered with Caila, it receives the protection of the business name in the county of registration. If you will carry out business activities in more than one county, you might also want to apply for registration in those counties. We charge a registration fee for each county.
  3. Submit additional details, if necessary
You might need to submit additional details to Caila if something is missing in your application.
